O-ring

O-rings are are torus-shaped (doughnut-shaped) objects made from elastomeric compounds such as natural or synthetic rubber, and are used to seal mechanical parts against fluid movement (air or liquid). O-Rings perform their sealing action by deforming to take the shape of their cavity, after being oversized to guarantee an predetermined interference fit.

Please refer to our O-ring Resistance Properties Reference for further info on picking the right material for your application.

O-ring Cord
O-ring cord provides easy solution for machines or applications which require odd size o-rings. Roll of o-ring cord can be cut into custom length and bonded by either adhesive or "vulcanize" method.

O-ring Kit
O-ring Kit contains the most popular o-rings used in specific machine, in one single convenient kit. All the o-rings are clearly labelled to provide instant identification when the need of o-ring replacement occurs. The box is respace-able and reusable for easy storage. A tweezer is included to help retrieving tiny size o-rings.

X-ring
X-ring, also commonly known as quad ring, is used in a wide variety of static and dynamic sealing applications. The four-lobed design provides twice the sealing surface in comparison to a standard o-ring. The double-seal action requires less squeeze to maintain an effective seal. This reduction in squeeze means less friction and improved seal life. X-ring is designed to outperform o-ring in rotary seal applications. The four-lobed design prevents spiral twisting. This allows the use of a more narrow groove idth than a standard o-ring groove.

D-ring & Square Ring
Square ring / d-ring are sealing device with square / D shaped cross-section. In most static applications, it is a direc replacement for an o-ring and generally will perform high pressure gasketing function as good as, if not better than o-ring.
